My local gym, Rock’n & Jam’n, has been making some improvements lately. They recently expanded the bouldering area and 2nd level of the training area. With another bouldering wall to come. I’m stoked to climb there again.
The second improvement is Dave Wahl’s training company is now permanently stationed at the gym. They have a sweet set up, with all kinds of strength, conditioning, & gymnastic type equipment for their clients (see photo- not totally finished yet)
I wish I had a local gym that was as cool as those ones
Looking back on this article, I guess it’s worth noting that Dave is no longer training there, and I’m living up in Boulder- climbing at the BRC.
