Adios 2009

I was home in Lincoln over New Year’s and lucky to see a bunch of great friends and family. It was truly the frozen tundra. The temperature never rose above 20 the entire week. Spending time with so many people important to me made me reflect on the road we traveled in 2009, now frozen in history.

Along with many of my best friends, I did a ton of Front Range climbing as well as a few incredible trips. Below you will find some of my favorite pictures from 2009 that didn’t make the blog.

Don’t let anybody tell you there isn’t great face climbing in Vedauwoo!

Climbing Lone Eagle Peak was an experience I’ll never forget

Lunch and a little spectating

A taste of the beautiful scenery we encountered while visiting Tyler in Tahoe

That’s more like Vedauwoo

Guided by an amazing Eldo summer sunset, we made our way home

With your help, 2010 promises to be more fun, more climbing and more amazing people. As of this morning we all have one more great person to share our experiences with. Congratulations to Kate and Tommy for the birth of a beautiful baby girl.
