The annual Shelf trip was a blast as usual.  This time around we enjoyed a beautiful day at the Bank.

As is par for the course for Shelf adventures, climbing often took a back seat to joking around.

A few of us Stopped by the Canon City Dairy Queen on the way back to Boulder.

The modern Jed Clampett loves ice cream so much he's saving some for later.

But don’t let the lazy, spoiled locals attitude fool you. We did climb some great routes, including #1 Super Guy, No Rest For The Wicked and The Hurricane

I’m sure it won’t be long before we return to Shelf’s beautiful limestone pockets.

Thanks to Ron, Sharon and Kai for some great photos!

Boulder has been soaked by rain all week and the forecast calls for more this weekend. So it’s been back to the gym for us. But rainy weather is the perfect excuse to brew some mead…
